I was in the April, 2025, 3 day Retreat.  It was wonderful and will definitely attend another one. There was a schedule for every day and it was followed, which we all appreciated. The whole floor is perfectly designed for sewing, and spending the whole day there. Coffee and tea bar, lounging/lunch area, washrooms. Good lighting and windows. Ample sewing area around each sewing machine.  Top notch equipment, sewing machines, (did not take my own) sergers, iron setups, miscellaneous sewing tools. Sewing instructors, experienced, reassuring, with good sewing tips and sharing skills. The meals were great and healthy, all home made! Accommodations in the Heritage Home, it was beautiful, just a 5 minute walk from the classroom. Lovely dinners in the dining room, all home made by Jo, followed by more visiting and laughs with like minded women.  Early to bed, because we couldn’t wait to get back to sewing our projects the next day. We were treated like Royalty by Jo, all we had to do was enjoy and sew and she took care of everything else.I would highly recommend a retreat with Cedar & Vine, it was more than I could have imagined.  Did I mention the beautiful, linen pieces of clothing that I made?! Thanks Jo and staff!

This was an amazing couple of days! Being able to make a linen shirt and a pair of pants, that I get to wear, was a dream come true! I feel inspired to make more! There was so much that went into this retreat. The support and expertise of the Cedar & Vine team, was beyond exceptional! I have learnt so much! The set up of the studio made making these garments effortless. The food was absolutely divine and nourishing. The night stay accommodations were stunning and comfortable. And the connections made, the conversations had, were enriching and heart warming! The whole experience was so worth it! I'm excited to be able to enjoy a workshop and another retreat someday! Thank you for this wonderful and unforgettable experience!
