A note from the designer.
I've been contemplating designs for a long linen dress for some time now. It's often challenging for me to design fuller length pieces; we all come in different shapes and sizes and often I tend to design for my height (5'8") which doesn't always prove to be ideal for others. This is where the adjustable shoulder straps came into play as one of the design features. I love the adjustability this type of strap adds to our classic linen romper, so I thought "why not add this functional detail to the dress as well?". So far, it has proved to make a world of difference when it comes to accommodating different heights. Of course, like (almost) every other garment we create, I had to add a massive side pocket - for obvious reasons :) I love the flow and breathability of this piece. There is something so freeing and feminine about wearing a long, loose, linen dress - and this one seems to work for all seasons. I tested this garment out in the winter months, layering it over tights and a cozy knit top, paired with some fun booties. The asymmetric cut and ruffle addition give an added dimension to the silhouette, adding interest and drawing the eye in a vertical line - which I find quite flattering. I hope you have as much fun rocking this little number as I do!

Garment Care
Garment CareCaring for your linen garment is easy! You can machine wash in cold or warm water with gentle detergent. Tumble drying on a low setting helps soften the linen.
Our products are pre-washed to prevent additional shrinkage. The exception is our lined jackets and coats. Our lined jackets should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cold water and hung to dry.
Wrinkles are part of linen's natural charm, but if you prefer a pressed look, use a medium-heat iron or a garment steamer. Hanging your linen item in a steamy bathroom can also help remove wrinkles.
Our Linen Spray is a great way to freshen up and soften wrinkles on natural fiber garments and bed linens, and it's especially handy for traveling.
