Need your order in a hurry? Upon request, we offer faster shipping options for an additional cost. Simply reach out to our customer support team, and they will assist you in selecting the expedited shipping method that suits your needs.
Please note that if you provide a PO Box address, your order will be fulfilled and delivered exclusively by Canada Post. For a broader range of delivery options, we recommend providing a physical address during checkout.
If you are aware of any couriers that do not deliver to your address, please let us know when placing your order. We'll make sure to select a shipping carrier that can deliver to your location seamlessly.
For domestic orders over $250 CAD, shipping is on us! Orders below this amount are subject to a flat rate of $17 CAD. We aim to provide affordable shipping options while ensuring your package arrives securely and in a timely manner.

For US orders over $250 CAD, shipping is on us! Orders below this amount are subject to a flat rate of $23 CAD. All other International shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process based on your country and order details. We aim to provide competitive rates that reflect the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.
US orders typically arrive within 3-7 days after the package is shipped. For other countries, international orders typically arrive within 7-14 days after the package is shipped. However, please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times, and actual arrival dates may vary depending on customs clearance and any potential carrier delays.
Most international orders include tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that international tracking updates may be less frequent compared to domestic shipments and may cease once the package leaves Canada.

Every order is shipped with tracking (with the exception of our swatch books).
If you notice your shipping info is wrong on your order confirmation OR if your shipping address changes, please reach out to us with the correction ASAP so that we can make the change on our end before shipping out your parcel. Once the courier picks up the parcel, it is out of our hands.
